Update On Presidential Post of MSAJ Kanto 2010
Jan 15th, 2010 | By admin | Category: AnnouncementsWe the MSAJ committee members of year 2009 had called upon interested and capable candidates to challenge for the Presidential post of MSAJ Kanto 2010. Traditionally President post of MSAJ Kanto has been rotated between bumiputera and non-bumiputera candidates. However in line with 1 Malaysia spirit, we deemed that it is no longer relevant and the best candidate should be elected. We had welcomed any candidate regardless of race to challenge for this year post. The search had ended on 14th Jan 2010 and we would like to announce that one manifesto has been received. The manifesto can be viewed at MSAJ official website at this post.
As we have only one manifesto, we will hold a “Undi percaya” session on election day (17th Jan 2010). During ”Undi percaya” session, each MSAJ members will be given a voting paper. If one trusts the candidate to be elected as the President of MSAJ Kanto, please tick at the “yes” box and vice versa. In case where two third majority (only votes from MSAJ members who attend AGM will be considered) cannot be reached, a new voting session will be hold. In the new voting session, MSAJ members are allowed to call out new candidates and winner will be decided by the most number of votes received.
On election day, following positions will be elected as well;
1. Naib Presiden
2. Setiausaha
3. Bendahari
4. Biro Pendaftaran
5. Biro Sistem Web dan Media
6. Biro Kebajikan dan Komunikasi
7. Biro Sukan dan Rekreasi
8. Biro Akademik dan Kerjaya
9. Biro Sosial dan Kebudayaan
MSAJ has the right to add the number of “Biro” if necessary. On election day, MSAJ members can call out suitable candidate names.Holder of each position will be decided by the most number of votes received.
“Surging forward for the better of MSAJ”
